Today, we are headed to Chamonix, site of the first Winter Olympics in 1924, at the base of Mont Blanc. At 15,781 ft, Mont Blanc is the tallest mountain in Europe and is nestled in between France and Italy.
Chamonix is a pleasant little town eclipsed by the towering snow capped peaks above.
By late afternoon, we left for Geneva – where we would stay the night before our flight to Belgium in the morning.
